INTRODUCTION:
The Royal College of Surgeons of England is a prestigious professional body that seeks to improve surgical standards of care throughout Great Britain. The college itself is home to the Hunterian museum and the Wellcome Museum of Anatomy and Pathology, to which I was given full access during my time there.
PROBLEM:
I had the exciting opportunity to work with the Royal College of Surgeons during the very beginning stages of launching an online training course that would supplement hands-on training with surgical staff. The surgical college wanted to start boosting its ability to offer remote access training across the UK and web apps were a great starting point for them.
SOLUTION:
For this project, I produced a variety of cross-disciplinary illustrations to meet the needs of the College beyond the individual needs of the surgical staff. Colours and style sheets were created to help fit in with broader goals of marketing and education.
